Welcome to my first blog post! Thank you, Kylie, for the invitation. We are an international group of Stampin' Up demonstrators working with Kylie to learn all the ropes of creating a successful business. Since there is no theme to the blog hop - I wanted to show a Halloween shaker treat holder I created using Angela Pyjas' July 26, 2018 You Tube as inspiration (Stampin with Amore). Angela made a Christmas treat holder with the Everday Jar Framelits #141490, but I thought how fun to turn it into a shaker jar filled with skulls! For many years my daughter, Kristin held a Halloween party and her theme was not cutesy, but spooky, scary. I don't think these little treat boxes are too scary, but judge for yourself:
The skulls were cut from the "Warm Hearted" stamp set #147777 in the 2018 Holiday Catalog.
The bats & spider webs are from the Seasonal Tags Framelits #144685. I dragged Frost White Shimmer Paint #147046 across Basic Black cardstock to give it that looks of cobwebs.
For shaker cards the Foam Adhesive Strips #141825 are just perfect. To finish, I used the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set #146667 and the Merry Merlot Glimmer Paper #147817 (reminded me a bit of blood!).
Thank you and please continue on the world-wide blog by clicking on any other demonstrator in the list below.

Welcome
I am a wife of 48 years married to my best friend, Mike. He has always been my biggest supporter. We have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 wonderful grandchildren. Also, I am a college graduate, still working full time, and trying to squeeze in every crafting moment possible. Working with my hands, whether it is papercrafting, stamping, painting, cross-stitching, zentangling or quilting - brings joy to my life. I love color in all its various forms.
