Christmas Selfies

I thought I'd play along with the MFT Stamps Challenge 2022 Superstar. I am submitting to the Coloring Virtuoso Challenge.

I used the BB Christmas sELFies set which has 4 little squares of "Selfies":
I have had this set for a long time and never got around to using it. I thought this was the perfect chance!
The background is a retired MFT Stencil called Peace, Love and Joy which I ink blended in a rainbow of colors.
The fun cute sentiment is part of the BB Christmas Selfies set which I heat embossed with white on black cardstock. Well thanks for joining me for this quick post today!

Falling for Holidays with BYSHC

Looks like fun and I am always in for building my stash of Holiday cards! I used this digital image from Mo's Digital Pencil called Santa on Roof. This image just spoke to me - I don't know if it was the spindly legs or the vintage look, but I just loved it!
I resized the image and printed onto Ranger Ink's Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock with my Brother laser printer. I am a lunchtime watercolorer (is that a word?!) and prefer the 268 Dot Watercolor Cards by Daniel Smith. There is such a wonderful choice of colors and easy to carry to the office.
The background stencil is from Pretty Pink Posh called Whimsical Christmas Stencil. I know not much is showing, but it gave just the right colorful edge I wanted. Ink blended lots of Distress Ink colors for a nice rainbow look.
If you know me you know I never just make one card. Here is the second card with our cute cute Santa on Roof:
Both cards have Glossy Accents sprinkled with German Glitter Glass (Purchased from Etsy) while wet on all the white areas. Wish I could pick up the amazing sparkle.
I felt a square card was perfect for him:
Thank you for joining me today and thank you to the BYSHC for the inspiration and link party!
I will also be submitting to NBUS for this is the first time I used this image!

One Stencil for 2 Holidays

Hi my friends! Do you like to get the max use out of your stencils? This delicate stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called Pine Sprig Doily can be used for many many occasions. I made a Christmas card and a Thanksgiving card for this post with it.
Here is the stencil picture from A Colorful Life Designs' website for Pine Sprig Doily:
This stencil really needs a good spritz of Pixie Spray on the back before using. The stencil has thin delicate lines which I love for more color shines through!
My Christmas Card front panel was sprayed with Distress Ink's Tim Holtz Spray Stain Uncharted Mariner while the stencil was adhered tightly with Pixie Spray. The cute deer is from Simon Says Stamp Ho Ho Deer Circle Wafer Die and the sentiment is also from Simon Says Stamp called Tabbed Sentiments Holiday (retired).
For the Thanksgiving Card I ink- blended Distress Oxides: Frayed Burlap and Wild Honey through the Pine Sprigs Doily. The little images are from Trinity Stamps - Autumn Forest Friends and the sentiment is from Photoplay - Gnome for the Holidays stamp set (both retired).
Overall very quick and fun cards to make! Thank you for joining me today and if you stop by A Colorful Life Designs and pick up any goodies, use AnitaFan10 for 10% off your entire purchase (except bundles).

I will be submitting to the following challenges:

So Very Thankful

Hello all! Today I am sharing a card I made to enter into The Card Concept and Stencil Fun Challenges for this month:
I was inspired by the colors and leaves of gorgeous trees in The Card Concept Inspiration Photo for this Clean & Layered card.
I started with the Maple Leaves Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I am on the Design Team for A Colorful Life Designs. It is a woman owned, small business out of Texas. The owner and designer, May Kay DelaFuente has so many wonderful stencils! If you'd like to check out her shop and received a discount use my code  AnitaFan10 for 10% off your entire purchase (excluding bundles). Here is the image of the 6" X 6" stencil I used for this card from the Mary Kay's website:
I ink blended onto a 6" X 6" panel of Bristol Smooth Cardstock with fall colors of  Ranger Ink's Distress Ink colors. I did cut the panel down so that there would be a nice white border all around. I tried to show the amazing sparkle of the sentiment from this angle:
The center focal point was cut from gold glitter cardstock using Sizzix's Ornate Labels #659711 by Lori Whitlock. It is soon to be discontinued and at this writing on sale for $3.45! It is a 12 piece Thinlit set which I have used so many times!
The So Very Thankful sentiment is from The Stamp Market called Pretty Pumpkin, retired. And the fun, snarky sub-sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp called Sassy Thankful.
Thank you for joining me for this quick fall themed stencil card! I will also be submitting to NBUS:

Scary Witch

Welcome friends, time for October's Stencil Challenge for Happy Little Stampers:
To begin I used 2 stencils from A Colorful Life Designs: Cauldron Set Stencil  and Scary Witch Stencil:
So many options with these stencils! I made many cards - ink blending, texture grit paste which I died with black ink, sprays, gold paste, on and on...all fun!
I'll just show some pictures here. I even cut out Scary Witch with my Brother Scan 'N Cut:
Scrapbook.com's White Pigment Ink is perfect for that spooky somethin' in the background. I did use A Colorful Life Designs Marvelous Mask Ghosts for this card:
There are 4 sizes for these ghosts with separate stencil eyes, too:
Here are the 2 stencils: Scary Witch and Cauldron side by side. The one on the right is a bit more spooky and seems to fade into fog!
Spooky!
Here is the inside with a sentiment and image from Hero Arts: Hero Greetings Halloween:
Thank you for joining me today. I have a discount code for A Colorful Life Designs: AnitaFan10 for 10% off your entire order (excluding bundles)...Mary Kay, the owner has such creative stencils! Pick one up and play with us at The Happy Little  Stampers Stencil Challenge every month.

Give Thanks

Printed with my Brother Laser printer on Ranger Ink's Tim Holtz Watercolor Cardstock and watercolored with Daniel Smith's 238 Color Dot Card. I am a lunch time colorer...I have an hour for lunch at work, eat for 1/2 hour and color for 1/2 hour. It's amazing how much you can achieve in a week.
I love the Dot Cards because there is such a variety of colors, which I would never buy individually. Once I know my absolute favorites, those I will buy. Also they travel so easily - nice and flat.
Subtle ink blended a stencil in the background, gold splatter and gold dots and it is finished!
Thank you to Jan Mahew for supplying the digital image and to you for joining us at The Paper Funday Challenge...come check out the challenge...Anything Goes!
