Scary Squad

Another fun Halloween card inspired by Crazy 4 Challenge sketch:
This is very similar to my last post where I used the same Costumed Cuties from Spellbinders, Fun Stamper Journey. This image was stamped with an alcohol friendly ink, Scrapbook.com's Black Hybrid Ink, on to Bristol Smooth Paper and colored with various alcohol markers in my stash. Really is a cutie!
Here he is with the flag banner from My Favorite Things Sending Sweet Celebrations set. I stamped again with the Scrapbook.com Black Hybrid Ink and ink blended Distress Ink in Wilted Violet and Twisted Citron to pull in the color from his costume.
To create the circle with the rays, I used a combination of i-crafter Cosmic Flare Stencil and Taylored Expressions 6" X 6" Designer Masking Stencil - Circles:
I first put the i-crafter Cosmic Flare Stencil over the card base of Bristol Smooth Paper and held it down with the magnets from my Wendy Vecchi Make Art-Stay-tion.
Next, I used the center circle from the largest Taylored Expression Circle Mask and with a bit of repositionable tape on the back, adhered it to the center of the i-crafter Cosmic Flare Stencil:
Here are the Taylored Expression Circle Masks, below. You can use the positive or negative. They are outlined for an A2 card so you are able to perfectly center your mask. Works like a charm! They have other sizes and shapes, too, so you can pick your favorites.
The ink blending of the stencil was done with Scrapbook.com's Foam Ink Blending Tools and Distress Ink Carved Pumpkin and Wild Honey.
I adhered the flag and sequins (from Hero Arts) with Lawn Fawn liquid glue. A new favorite for me. The sentiment was stamped with Scrapbook.com's Mardi Gras Hybrid Ink - a little purple to tie in with the image.

Here is the similar card from my previous post:
