Welcome to my blog post for Inspire,Create. Challenge #040 - A color challenge:
Black & White! How fun. I wanted to combine this with my Stamping For Others Demonstrator Team weekly challenge. Here is the sketch:
This will be a quick post. I stamped the images from "County Road" with "Memento Black Ink" onto "Whisper White" card stock and quickly sprinkled "Clear Embossing Powder" over them and heat set. The squares were all cut from the "Layering Square Framelits" out of "Basic Black" card stock and the stamped images on the "Whisper White" card stock.
I taped off a 2" area on the from of the "Whisper White Thick" card stock A2 panel and with Memento Black stamped the graffiti image randomly from the "One Wild Ride" stamp set. The sentiment is from the "P.S. You're The Best" set.
Because I thought the edges needed something, I cut some Basic Black card stock with the border die from the "Flourish Thinlit" die set. I then cut that in half with the trimmer. All adhering was done with Tombow "Liquid Adhesive".
Pretty quick and I think it will make a great masculine birthday card. Thanks for sticking to the end! To recreate this card and to purchase from my online shop 24/7, just click on the links below:

Welcome

I am a wife of 47 years married to my best friend, Mike. He has always been my biggest supporter. We have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 wonderful grandchildren. Also, I am a college graduate, still working full time, and trying to squeeze in every crafting moment possible. Working with my hands, whether it is papercrafting, stamping, painting, cross-stitching, zentangling or quilting - brings joy to my life. I love color in all its various forms.
